Agreement:
I authorize Arvig Communication Systems/ACS to work on my computer via remote access and attempt to remedy the issues that they find. I agree to hold ACS harmless for any equipment or software failures that occur with my computer, including all components, while ACS is working to fix my computer, with the assurance that ACS will take care to protect my computer and its components at all times. ACS is not responsible for the loss of data, passwords, or the like and/or malfunction pertaining to the computer system such as hard drive failure, memory leaks and other hardware or software related functions not pertaining to the services performed to the computer system. If there are any issues while performing the requested tasks, the customer will be informed of the actions that need to be taken to continue with the repair of the computer. ACS PC Services will be billed on the customer monthly ACS statement. All ACS PC Services Remote Access sessions are recorded for accuracy. Note: It is not always possible to fix computer issues via a remote connection, therefore you may be asked to bring your computer to an ACS Retail Center and additional charges may apply. In no event shall ACS, its officers, directors, affiliates and agents be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, loss or corruption of data, misuse, or loss of profit, whether special, incidental, consequential, intangible, direct or other damages or claims, by or on behalf of, ACS customer or any third party arising in, out of or related to the use of any ACS Internet Support.
